Not everyone opens a performance shop for the same reason. For some, it’s just business. For us, it was always personal. When we opened our doors in 2016, we made a commitment that every vehicle entering our shop would be treated the same way we would treat our own. That standard has guided everything we do for nearly a decade. I would never leave my own car sitting outside exposed to the weather, left unsecured with the windows down, treated like a rolling tool cart, or returned with parts and hardware missing. Unfortunately, those experiences have become normal in a lot of shops, and we decided early on that we would never operate that way. To us, building cars is more than installing parts and making power. It’s about respect for the vehicle, for the customer, and for the trust people place in us when they hand over something they’ve worked hard for. Every car has a story behind it, and we never forget that. Over the last 10 years, we’ve continued to evolve every single day. We’ve learned from experience, refined our processes, invested in better tools and equipment, sourced higher quality parts and materials, and constantly improved the way we approach each build. Growth in this industry never stops, and neither do we. What many people don’t see is the amount of time and attention that goes into the details behind a proper build. The tuning, wiring, plumbing, fabrication, and overall vehicle planning are just as important as the final horsepower number. Taking the extra time to properly spec a combination, route systems correctly, and think several steps ahead prevents customers from having to redo things later. Doing it right the first time will always matter more to us than rushing through a job. Over the next month, I’m going to show more of that process not just the finished product, but how we’ve grown as a shop and why we approach builds the way we do.
