Why Am I Spinning at The Track?

Well, there's many variables to this question.

What's your power level? 350-450+HP you should be fine on a prepped track with OEM tires. Now this is variable also on the track prep, and track surface temp as well. 500+RWHP you now need some radials to run on a prepped track. Not summer radials, I am talking drag racing radials. If you know you are wanting to gain over 200HP you know that Boosted is the way to go unless you want to invest in a nasty all motor build. What I mean by that is, compression, E85/race fuel, properly spec'd converter and a strong motor. Your all motor build will essentially be working harder than a boosted application. So stronger and pricer parts are needed. Now if you are…
